We currently have 25+ distinct types of laboratory analyzer interfaces in use, all of which are used to automate the successful and accurate transmission of laboratory results from analyzers to LIMS. Our analyzer interfaces can also export test results to standard formats, allowing data to be integrated into third-party LIMS.
Analyzer Interface Software is a term used to describe software that allows you to interact with an analyzer.
The analyzer interface is a program that communicates between LIMS and laboratory equipment via RS-232 (serial), USB, or network protocols. It establishes communication, sends requests for tests to laboratory equipment, and receives test results as soon as they are ready. It also records all communication steps in the trace log, including handshaking, RTS, DTS, and Error Transmission.
How Can Custom Software Assist You?
If your laboratory does not currently use a LIMS and you intend to purchase one, the KHS LIMS ensures that all your laboratory equipment will be interfaced and compatible with your LIMS. We will provide solutions for your non-interfaced laboratory equipment to connect with your current LIMS if you already have one.
