Koachie Health Systems has a wealth of experience and expertise in planning, developing, and implementing IT projects focused on prevention, care, and treatment of infectious diseases, particularly HIV and opportunistic co-infections such as tuberculosis (TB) and sexually transmitted infections.
To prevent the spread of HIV in the general population, Koachie Health Systems work with its clients and partners to craft Behavioral Change messages and produce media to educate, inspire, and persuade different segments of the population to change risk behaviors.
CARE AND TREATMENT OF INFECTIOUS DISEASES
Koachie Health Systems provide technical assistance on the clinical care and treatment of HIV and related opportunistic infections using IT.
We as well build the capacity for laboratory services and monitoring and evaluation activities in-country. Koachie Health Systems strengthens laboratory facilities by equipping labs with up-to-date equipment, designing laboratory information systems, providing training, and supporting the introduction of new diagnostic technologies.
Koachie Health Systems is also gaining experience in case for patients who are on ART. Case management is a way to proactively identify those who may experience challenges adhering to their medications, and prevent their being “lost-to-follow-up” by designing an individualized network of support using IT.
